Unisolv-7300
Precision Cleaning & Heat Transfer
Specialty fluid for cleaning, cooling, solvent, and heat-transfer applications.
Immersion Cooling
Unisolv-IC is a high-purity perfluoroketone specialty fluid developed for cooling, heat-transfer, cleaning, solvent, and extinguishing-agent applications. Its nonflammable properties and thermal characteristics make it suitable for evaluation in advanced cooling and thermal-management systems.
Unisolv-IC is a clear, colorless liquid containing at least 99.90 percent perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone). The Safety Data Sheet lists its uses as an extinguishing agent, cleaning agent, solvent, and heat-transfer or cooling liquid.
Its nonflammable nature, low boiling point, and high density make it suitable for evaluation in controlled cooling and thermal-management applications. Product suitability should be confirmed through application testing, system-design review, and materials-compatibility evaluation.
May be evaluated as a heat-transfer and cooling liquid in appropriately designed thermal-management systems.
The SDS identifies Unisolv-IC as nonflammable under the reported test conditions.
Contains at least 99.90 percent perfluoro(2-methyl-3-pentanone).
The SDS lists cooling, heat transfer, cleaning, solvent, and extinguishing-agent uses.
Unisolv-IC may be evaluated for specialized cooling, heat-transfer, cleaning, and fire-protection applications.
Evaluation in appropriately engineered systems for direct-contact cooling of compatible electronic equipment.
Supporting advanced thermal-management systems for high-density computing and data-center environments.
Use as a heat-transfer liquid in systems designed for the product’s physical and chemical properties.
Evaluation for selected cleaning, solvent, cooling, and extinguishing-agent processes.

Unisolv-IC is intended for evaluation in systems requiring a nonflammable specialty fluid for cooling, heat transfer, cleaning, solvent, or extinguishing-agent use.
Customers should evaluate electrical compatibility, materials compatibility, operating temperatures, system design, ventilation, environmental requirements, and fluid-management procedures before use.
Unisolv-IC is classified as harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment and dispose of the contents and container through an approved waste-disposal facility.
Ensure adequate ventilation, particularly in confined areas. Vapors are heavier than air and may reduce the oxygen available for breathing. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes and use appropriate protective gloves, eye protection, protective clothing, and respiratory equipment when required.
